Founder Paul Cripps began working for Eterna Line Corporation at the recommendation of Tony Bohner (Brian Bohner’s father). Two years later, Paul set out on his own and started PC Maintenance. Soon, he hired Brian Bohner, his first employee, who worked weekends, holidays and summers through junior high, high school and college. In fall 2002, Paul sold PC Maintenance to Brian and Nichole Bohner shortly after they completed college and spent several years in various corporate environments.

Brian and Nichole met at Northwest Nazarene University, where Brian honed his entrepreneurial skills with a major in business administration, and Nichole completed a degree in fashion merchandising. Brian had always dreamed of building his own business, and together with Nichole, as the new owners of PC Maintenance, they worked tirelessly for five short years to build their small business into a thriving, multi-state operation. They developed a unique business model to serve big box retailers in various regions throughout the West.

Today our organization has a new name, Professional Commercial Maintenance (PCM), and an increased vision to work harder, smarter and more creatively than our competitors. PCM helps our clients deliver the absolute best first impression to their customers, every single day.

PCM is a limited liability company that operates all across the U.S. PCM is a full-service commercial landscaping, parking lot care and exterior facilities maintenance company with established maintenance programs and solutions geared toward the needs of big box retailers and property owners and managers. Our team specializes in landscaping solutions, parking lot sweeping services, asphalt repair and paving, parking lot striping services, snow removal, and complete parking lot repair and maintenance.
